ASKARA — The Advocate Organization of Bentala Indra Nusantara Advocate (BINA) held a National Leadership Meeting (Rapimnas) I in Jakarta, Saturday (5/16/2026). The activity became a national consolidated forum that brought together the ranks of the National Leadership Council, the Honorary Council, the Expert Council, to the Advisory Board of the organization.
In the meeting, a number of field heads explained the achievements of the program as well as the organization's work plan for the next period. The field of Advocate Professional Special Education (PKPA), Advocate Professional Examination (UPA), internship programs, and advocate swearing are the focus of discussion in organizational evaluation.
In addition to the work program evaluation, the organization's financial statements were also presented by the General Treasurer together with the deputy treasurer as a form of internal accountability and transparency of organizational management.
Chairman of BINA, Ihsan Firmansyah, SH. , affirms that the organization he leads is committed to continuing to be a law enforcement printing institution from the pillar of advocates who are professional, integrity, and consistent in upholding justice.
“BINA is committed to istiqomah making law enforcement printing institutions a pillar of advocates who are professional, have integrity, and consistently uphold justice. Advocates born by BINA must be able to align themselves with law enforcement from the pillars of the judiciary, prosecutors and police according to theirrespective portions and authorities, "said Ihsan.
He also said that even though OA BINA was not even one year old, the organization had successfully organized the Special Professional Advocate Education (PKPA) Batch 1 in early May 2026. The program was attended by dozens of participants from various regions in Indonesia.
According to Ihsan, this achievement is an indicator of the high enthusiasm of prospective advocates for the presence of BINA as a professional organization oriented towards quality, integrity, and strengthening the capacity of human resources in the legal sector.
Meanwhile, the Secretary General (Secretary General) OF BINA, Chetta Dwitama, SH., MH. , conveyed that the BINA advocate organization is open to building cross-sectoral cooperation in order to increase public legal awareness.
"OA BINA is ready to cooperate and collaborate with other advocate organizations as well as government and private institutions or institutions to educate the public so that a law-aware society is realized," Chetta said. Rapimnas I BINA is also a space for board members to submit various evaluation notes, inputs, and responses to the implementation of organizational programs that have been running.
Through the forum, BINA hopes to strengthen the direction of the organization, improve the professionalism of advocates, and expand the real contribution in the development of legal awareness in the community.
